American-Venezuelan lyric singer considered as the most outstanding baritone of this music generation in Venezuela and recognized as one of the greatest voices in Latin America.


He has developed an ascending career, full of success on important stages around the world such as Teatro alla Scala, Auditorium del Parco della Musica, Teatro degli Arcimboldi and Maschio Angioino (Italy), Carnegie Hall and Walt Disney Hall (USA), Tokyo International Forum and Festival Hall of Osaka (Japan), Megaron Concert Hall (Greece), Municipal Theatre of Medellin (Colombia) and at the most important theaters in Venezuela; performing with orchestras such as Los Angeles Philharmonic, Osaka Philarmonic, New Japan Philarmonic, Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra, Varsovia Symphony Orchestra, Oregon Philarmonic, Medellín Philharmonic, Guatemala Symphony Orchestra, Santo Domingo Philarmonic, Venezuelan Symphony Orchestra, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Venezuela; being conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Inoue Michiyoshi, Diego Matheuz, among others.


He has participated in numerous operas with the main roles of Scarpia (Tosca, Puccini), Enrico (Lucia di Lammermoor, Donizetti), Rigoletto (Rigoletto, Verdi), Germont (La Traviata, Verdi), Alfio (Cavallería Rusticana, Mascagni), Marcello (La Bohème,  Puccini), Tonio (Pagliacci, R. Leoncavallo), Gianni Schicchi (Gianni Schicchi, G.Puccini), Amonasro (Aida, Verdi), Dulcamara (L´elisir d´amore, Donizetti) and many others.


As a soloist, his most acclaimed presentations are Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Faure’s  Requiem, William Watson’s Belshazzar’s Feast, La Cantata Criolla of Estevez, Bacalov´s Misa Tango and numerous opera galas and recitals on which he diffuses the Venezuelan and Latin American baritone repertoire.


Gaspar began his musical education with his grandfather, the composer Moises Moleiro and his mother, the pianist Carmencita Moleiro. He graduated as a clarinetist and opera singer at “Pedro Nolasco Colon Conservatory” in Caracas. He pursued advanced studies in Opera Singing with Elio Malfatti, took masterclasses with Mirella Freni and Katia Ricciarelli and won awards such as “The Best Voice” and “The Best Performance of an Aria” at the VII “Alfredo Hollander” National Opera Competition.
